Furnished Rentals offers a full management service for short term rental accommodation. As a property owner, you simply need to specify the dates your house is available to rent and we will take care of the rest.

We offer expert advice on how to prepare your home for guests and provide tips and tricks to ensure your guests are happy and want to return!

As a property owner, you simply need to specify the dates your house is available to rent and we will take care of the rest. We provide a comprehensive management service, taking care of every detail in the process of renting your home. This frees up your time and gives you peace of mind knowing that someone who knows your property is personally looking after it.

There is generally a 5 month minimum term but some flexibility can be offered under certain circumstances. 

We service the central city suburbs, North Shore, Eastern Bays, West out to approx Te Atatu and South to approx Manukau. If in doubt, please fill in the Enquiry Form and we will let you know if we can help you.
